Share a Dashboard

Give friends, family, or clients access to your services by sharing a dashboard.

How Sharing Works

  1. You create a dashboard and add services to it

  2. You enable sharing and add people by email

  3. They sign in with their SeaWise account and see the dashboard

  4. They can access all services in that dashboard

Only people you explicitly add can see the dashboard. There is no public access.

Share a Dashboard

  1. Go to seawise.ioarrow-up-right and sign in

  2. Navigate to Dashboards

  3. Click on the dashboard you want to share

  4. Open Sharing Settings

  5. Toggle sharing on

  6. Click Add Email and enter their email address

The person you added can now sign in at the dashboard's shareable link and access the services.

Each shared dashboard has a unique URL like:

Copy this link and send it to the people you've whitelisted.

What Shared Users See

Shared users see:

  • The dashboard name and description

  • All services in the dashboard with their status

  • Links to access each service

They do not see:

  • Your other dashboards

  • Services not in the shared dashboard

  • Your account settings or billing

  • Other whitelisted users

Requirements for Shared Users

  • They need a SeaWise account (the free tier works)

  • They must sign up with the email you whitelisted

  • They do not need to install the SeaWise client

Bandwidth

When shared users access your services, the bandwidth counts toward your usage — not theirs.
