SeaWise collects the minimum data needed to provide the service.

What We Store

What We Don't Store

  • Passwords (we use passwordless magic link login)

  • Traffic content (data flows through encrypted tunnels)

  • Your local network information

  • Browsing history or analytics tracking

  • Payment card details (handled by Lemon Squeezy)

Data Export

You can download all your personal data at any time:

  1. Go to seawise.ioarrow-up-right and sign in

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Click Download My Data

You'll receive a JSON file with all your account information.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Scroll to Danger Zone

  3. Click Delete Account

  4. Type DELETE to confirm

This permanently removes:

  • Your account and profile

  • All servers and services

  • All dashboards and whitelist entries

  • All usage history

This action cannot be undone.

Shared User Data

When someone accesses your shared dashboard, we store:

  • Their email address (for whitelist verification)

  • Session data (for authentication)

We do not track what they do on your services.
