SeaWise collects the minimum data needed to provide the service.

What We Store

Data	Why
Email address	Account identification and login
Server name	Display in your dashboard
Service names and ports	Route traffic to the correct service
Bandwidth usage	Billing and analytics
Connection timestamps	Show online/offline status

What We Don't Store

• Passwords (we use passwordless magic link login)

• Traffic content (data flows through encrypted tunnels)

• Your local network information

• Browsing history or analytics tracking

• Payment card details (handled by Lemon Squeezy)

Data Export

You can download all your personal data at any time:

1. Go to seawise.io and sign in

2. Navigate to Settings

3. Click Download My Data

You'll receive a JSON file with all your account information.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

1. Go to Settings

2. Scroll to Danger Zone

3. Click Delete Account

4. Type DELETE to confirm

This permanently removes:

• Your account and profile

• All servers and services

• All dashboards and whitelist entries

• All usage history

This action cannot be undone.

Shared User Data

When someone accesses your shared dashboard, we store:

• Their email address (for whitelist verification)

• Session data (for authentication)

We do not track what they do on your services.
